If you had to send back all but 3 of the non essentials that you bought last year what would you keep?

For me:
Roomba robot vacuum cleaner
Merrell hiking trainers (so much more comfy and waterproof than my old ones)
This dressing gown from Reserved (perfect level of cosiness). Currently on sale in XL

Absolutely my mahabi slippers - cost about a week's commute money, have given excellent value to wear around the house, but also sturdy enough to wear putting out bins etc
Massage 'scarf' that your drape over your shoulders - useful for stiff shoulders

umpteennamechanges · 09/01/2021 22:02

Panini press.

It's like having a posh lunch everyday but no more work than a sandwich.

LucyLane · 09/01/2021 22:02

2x Huawei p40 Pro phones
2x Huawei Matepad Pro tablets
2x Huawei Freebud 3 earphones

Technically only 3 different products, just got two of each and all purchased together so i think it counts!
Although I'd be sad about having to return my vacuum cleaner and coffee machine, they're absolutely brilliant!

Two of mine are trainers - Keen - and a dressing gown, very fluffy and warm. The third would be the portable radio and CD player which I've installed in the kitchen, for when R3 is rubbish. It's great having more time listening to CDs. Terribly old-fashioned, I know!

MsConstrue · 09/01/2021 22:29

Peloton
apple watch
and a duvet coat too

airpods too but only because my other headphones broke and I haven't got them fixed yet.

YakkityYakYakYak · 09/01/2021 23:13

I’ve also just bought ‘the roasting tin’ cookbook, haven’t tried it yet but looks great so think I’ll be adding it to this list.

LagneyandCasey · 09/01/2021 23:38

A water filter jug. We've been living in a hard water area for years. It's a revelation - no more scummy tea.

Humidifier thingy that lights up and puffs out mist. I keep it by the bed and love putting it on at night.

The Christmas lights that we bought for the outside of the house. We always said we'd never bother with stuff like that, but 2020 made us want them. They cheered us up so much and hopefully those that saw them were cheered by them too.

Msfoxy17 · 09/01/2021 23:46

1).New hairdryer which is super fast and lightweight compared to my old one (which also kept cutting out in the highest heat and I put up with this for ages!).

  1. Fab outdoor jacket which is lightweight yet really warm and great for walks - although I actually wear it nearly all the time when I go out now!
  2. A new goosedown duvet. Reverting after years of polyester ones and I love it!
Prettybubblesintheair · 09/01/2021 23:51

@Tier10 please tell me which curlers you bought!
