Oh wow, just had a look at Night and Fog. That’ll be one I save for when I’m in the right mindset to deal with it. Thanks for the recommendations.

Thanks to a work subscription I've got into them in the last year. My faves have been
Stuffed (taxidermy!)
Meru (mountain climbing)
Eames: The architect and the painter
Dear Mr Watterson (Calvin & Hobbes)
Elstree 1976 (Star Wars bit part actors lives before, during, after)

Blackfish is one of my favourite documentaries. Really powerful.

The Great Buster (about Buster Keaton). It’s available on Sky Arts catch-up at the moment.

This is fab. I’ve seen a few that have been mentioned on the thread but so far most I haven’t seen.

I’ve been meaning to watch Grey Gardens, thanks for the reminder!

I will also add that “Crumb” is well worth a watch if you like a peek into the lives of strange people who exist on the fringes of society.
