eBay help

I was wondering if someone has experience this and what to do.

I bought something on eBay at the weekend. PayPal have since then closed my account due to maiden/marriage name and I need to provide my marriage certificate (my passport is out of date and didn’t want to renew it till we need to due to funds) the seller has now cancelled the sale as she also have problems with her PayPal.

Does anyone know how they will refund please.

I've just had a refund from an ebay seller paid directly into my bank account via BACS transfer.. is that possible?

Ask her to arrange with ebay itself.. it was they that let me know the payment had been made. If you have problems or get fed up use ebays resolution centre.
