Delayed payment period? Please advise.

So I have a delayed payment period which is ending tomorrow. It says pay the full balance by the 8th. I don't get paid until tomorrow does this mean that I will be charged interest or does that also include the 8th to make payment?

I wouldn’t think you’ll be charged interest, tomorrow is the 8th - unless it says you need to pay before the 8th?

It just says pay by the 8th which is what confused me.
