Not sure if this is the best place to post. But asking if anyone has used the Kegel8 machine and if it helped? I am thinking of getting one as feels like I have a mild prolapse and I’ve read it can help a lot?

You have to use it for 12 weeks to see progress, sessions are like 30 - 40 mins a day. I managed two weeks and gave up, I couldn't walk around with it in (they say you can, but I couldn't) and I couldn't really find the time to just sit with it. It's been sat on the top of the wardrobe in the box for a year. But it gets glowing reviews everywhere 🤷 If you think you can last the distance, give it a go!

Thankyou for your response. Good to get a real life review so to speak. As I’m working from home I’m hoping I can use it during the day if it’s best to sit with it.
