Booked holiday before covid due to go in October but our flight got cancelled.
Essy jet refunded the flight money back to them but we were told by teletext we would recieve the full refund, flights and hotel up to 3 months later because they were extremely busy etc etc it is now January and I've heard nothing.
I have read reviews since and everyone seems to be in the same position but I'm wondering if anyone has actually recieved their money, how long did it take and what did you have to do in order to get it back?
