Instant Pot - should I get one?

Does anyone have one? Would you recommend it? What do you use it for? We don't have a big kitchen - is it worth the space it will occupy? If I get one how big should it be? We're a family of 4. Options are 3l, 5.7l and 8l. Thank you Smile

We love our IP. Amazing mash that tastes like the inside of a baked potato. Stews that taste like they were cooked for 4 hours in 40 mins. You won't get the burn message if you put tomatoes on top at the end before pressure cooking.

I changed from a 5ltr PKP to an 8ltr Instant Pot before Christmas. No contest for me, the IP is a much better device and the bigger the better as the 8ltr cooked all the christmas veg for 6 easily when I struggled with the 5ltr.

I love my instant pot, use it for almost every dinner - if its not making the main dish then it'll be cooking the rice/mash whatever accompaniment we're having.
I love it as a rice cooker, makes lovely fluffy rice with no effort. I also make my own yogurt, use it as a slow cooker, and the butter chicken recipe someone linked earlier is AMAZING.

Basically, the day it dies I will immediately be ordering a new one!
