For context.. we moved into this house 17 months ago, and it was unoccupied for a couple of months before that.
We regularly receive post for a previous resident. Post is easy, we return to sender if possible. Incidentally, this has included stuff like post from schools, DVLA etc.
We received what looks like birthday presents a couple of months ago, which we have in a box
We have tried to track the previous resident down, to no avail (it's work accommodation, but apparently the person is no longer employed here so no further information)
Today's parcel is from Vodafone. It's heavy.
I suppose we are going to have to attempt to return it. Somehow. Unfortunately it was just left in our shed, and courier card through the door.
It's at least a year and half since they moved. It's getting frustrating now.
