DS ordered an item from USA which doesn't fit. Place he bought from offers free returns and sent a pre paid UPS label, but when he tried to drop it off at the local ups point (uk) they said he needed to fill in a commercial invoice, which is a lengthy customs form requiring three copies. It's turning into a massive PITA. Company he bought from say that's not necessary and to just go and drop it off but he doesn't want to risk not getting a refund as it was quite expensive (personally I would never have bought something from abroad that might not fit!) anyone got a clue?
