I’m very, very sure that when I was at the Eden Project over the summer there was a fruit there that sherbet could be made from. I can’t remember if it was made from the fruit itself, seeds or the plant but I’m sure it’s plant based somehow.
I’ve had a Sherbet Dipdab for breakfast and I want to count it as one of my five a day. I can’t find any information online about its origin though. Can anyone help? Also does a cream tea count as one of my five a day if I use lots of jam?
