Is there anything I can do? Or will I have to reorder?

Before you posted it I assume you mean ?
We forgot on dh and it came back positive a few days later it just means you can't track where it is in the post.
The important bit is the barcode on the leaflet you had to keep .

Yes, I've got the leaflet and my order number. But before I posted it, I took a picture of the wrong flipping number.

I forgot to take a pic of it, too, but the helpline were able to check it had been received. There are so many different steps to follow with those home kits and it’s easy to miss something out! Good luck!

Yes call 119 will be fine

As long as you registered it online before posting it off you should be ok. You might not be able to track it but you should still get a text and email with the results.

I did same thing. I rang 119 and they said it was fine, as it's the AA number that's really needed and that's on the leaflet you keep.
