I always do it the night before and I can't get in to add my food! I've been trying for hours. They're going to turn up with £1 worth of stuff.

Presume they are overwhelmed 🤦‍♀️ will try for you and report back though!

Unreasonabubble · 04/01/2021 20:26

I can. It must be you unfortunately. Try rebooting your PC just in case this clears the glitch.

RamblingFar · 04/01/2021 20:26

Try both the app and website.

Blibbler · 04/01/2021 20:26

The app wasn't working earlier but I just finished my shop via the website ok

bumpdownthestairs · 04/01/2021 20:27

I got in absolutely fine! Maybe try a different browser/device?

HidingInTheLight · 04/01/2021 20:27

I got in to update mine just before 7 but I just logged back in to try to book another (vulnerable) and its glitchy.

Try the app?

tobee · 04/01/2021 20:32

I did my order last night and several times it wouldn't let me finish checking out. Although it did eventually. But that's probably a coincidence.

AnneShirleysNewDress · 04/01/2021 20:32

I have a slot booked on the app but get an error when I try to add anything to the basket.

Motherofmonsters · 04/01/2021 20:51

Seems to be hit and miss, I'm still trying on all devices

I just tried..

Can’t get onto my orders....just says ‘oops sorry’

Itmaybeus · 04/01/2021 20:58

This happened quite widely in December I was told to uninstall the app and reinstall also close computer and reboot.

Itmaybeus · 04/01/2021 21:03

Also to stop me getting a loaf and 4 pints since then I've started putting in my last order so at least I get things I buy week in week out.

AngusThermopyle · 04/01/2021 21:12

Not Tescos but my Sainsbury's app is down too.

HelloCanYouHearMe · 04/01/2021 21:15

Morrisons and Asda sites both either not allowing you to log in or placing you in a queue....

And so it begins.

Motherofmonsters · 04/01/2021 21:29

My mum has managed to get in so I've added some bits on there. I'll just have to keep trying to get in to cancel it now

It’s been glitchY for a couple of days - i was finalising tomorrow’s click n collect earlier and had a few goes at saving it.Just did one for two weeks time and it worked fine.

ScrapThatThen · 04/01/2021 21:46

Can you ring them? What a pain

FlyingFlamingo · 04/01/2021 21:49

The app is fine for me (but I am in Wales if that makes a difference, we won’t have had the sudden increase in traffic)

Wellthisismorethanabitgrim · 04/01/2021 21:51

I'm having issues with adding things to my Sainsbury's shop, it took ages to log in and it's very slow loading pages. I assume its the number of people trying to use the site.

BIRDSbirds · 04/01/2021 22:14

Sainsbury's website was down but worked for me in incognito mode, maybe try that? No confirmation email though so I may just have spent 2 hours of my life and £4 delivery charge for some holding toilet roll...

GreatestShowUnicorn · 04/01/2021 22:16

Same with Asda and Sainsbury’s tonight.

AlexaShutUp · 04/01/2021 22:28

I have the same problem with Sainsbury's. I have an order to update before 11pm but I can't get in to do anything. It's fucking annoying.

CuteOrangeElephant · 04/01/2021 22:31

I work for a supermarket IT department and it was carnage every time a lockdown was announced. Luckily we have improved our systems now... If you can I'd wait a couple of hours til most of the traffic has died down.

TheFlis12345 · 04/01/2021 22:59

My Tesco order let me add items no problem at 8.45 this evening.
