Will dentists be open in Scotland

I have appointments booked for private dental care, will they be open now given we've returned to lockdown?

I hope so, I have the dentist (nhs) tomorrow 🤞

Yes I think they will stay open as they now have correct ppe and covid appropriate surgery set up which wasn't the case in March.

Hope so as my son desperately needs a filling.

They might be prioritising people in pain or with emergencies but overall guidance seems to be to stay open where possible. Obviously staff isolating, childcare issues with schools shutting might affect things for some practices but hopefully not.

I have just had an email from my dentist to say they are still open and seeing patients. I’m in central Scotland.
