Child care support bubble

My sister looks after my toddler when I’m working. If we go into National Lockdown will this still be allowed? (She doesn’t live with us) our only support bubble is her.

During the November lockdown childcare bubbles were allowed so I would assume so.

No one knows for sure until they make the announcement.

I hope so or me and my sister are both stuffed.

No one will know until the rules are set out.
