Id like a nice gentle exercise class. Ideally evening but could do daytime for the right thing. I can't do HIIT, or anything overly energetic. I already do Tai Chi.
I prefer a Zoom type class over YouTube videos as if I pay I am more likely to turn up! I want some like belly dancing, jazzercise, pilates, even a beginner ballet. I am fifty and want something fun not too serious, not too energetic, something to leave me glowing and it not matter that I live rurally and won't ever actually make the real life class.
