Non-competitive zoom games to play with grandparents

Looking for a non-competitive game that can be played over zoom. For my two DC to play with my parents. I’m happy to play too.

Nothing traditionally competitive as my DC will fight and cry over who wins. Normally fine and I agree a life lesson but not something I can deal with while also negotiating a zoom call with my parents.

My dad also does not like to lose and I fear will sulk or blame my mum if it is a team game that they lose Hmm.

Zoom itself is fine but anything much more than that will be too much technology for my parents eg online board games etc. I’ve seen some good ideas online but the technology would be too much and needs different camera angles etc.

I have a tricky relationship with my parents but they love my girls very much and it would be nice to have something to do over zoom.

So far I have ideas of a scavenger hunt, charades, Pictionary.

Happy to buy two sets of a particular game if it is worth it.

heads up works, with post it notes. You all decide on a category at the start of each round (eg: animals), and write an animal for the other person on a post it, before sticking it to their head. Take turns asking questions to try and figure out what you are.

We've been playing guess who with cousins over zoom! Obviously still winners and losers but it's quick enough to play several games which helps. Each of us has a set, once we had the same person and the kids thought it was the funniest thing ever!

Thanks both!
