Hey, due to get lower left first molar removed tomorrow. Extremely worried about the procedure and possibility of dry socket but also concerned about the potential impact on my bite. I've tmjd and my bite is always off. Typically I feel the first molars (upper and lower on left side) always touch which causes pain when eating. If I get the lower molar out could that somehow make it worse? Any anecdotal/professional advice would be really appreciated.
