Anyone here medically diagnosed with PMDD? Questions!

How old were you when you were diagnosed? What are your symptoms, and when (during your cycle) do they start and end? Have you always had the same symptoms, or have they worsened or improved with age?

Not me, but a good friend has. She is 32, only diagnosed in 2019. I can't tell you the rest, as I don't know it.

I know she was delighted when PMDD hit the news last year though, as she'd fought for help for at least a decade.

I'm 41 and am getting worse every month. Not diagnosed as it's only really been the last 6 months I've got so bad. Symptoms start 10 days before I'm due my period. This month I've actually felt suicidal which I've never felt before. I just keep crying too.
