Sorry OP this made me laugh because I’ve been doing it too!

Can’t possibly diet with Pringles in the house so must get through about 3 tubes tomorrow.

I bought 6 kind bars as an occasional allowed snack. Have eaten then all in 2 days, usually while delaying going to bed... need to discipline my inner teen.

Ha me too, I’ve put on 11lbs in 3 weeks. Disgusted with myself, I ate everything today absolutely everything I could find.

Overseasmom100 · 04/01/2021 00:25

Ridiculous isnt it...my stomach is huge from all the carbs!!!! I ate tonight for the sake of it

I recommend you this book by Dr Rangan Chatterjee, which is about why diets don’t work.

“His new book, Feel Great Lose Weight, which is serialised all this week in The Telegraph, sets out to unpick these complexities. He breaks things down into five sections: what, why, when, how and where we eat, how to eat well, why our emotions cause us to overeat, why timing of meals is crucial, the importance of eating mindfully, and finally, how our environment is partly to blame for rising obesity.”

The whole cycle of overeating then starving yourself is really off and usually people put the weight back on.

Oh my goodness me too! I had my last piece of chocolate at 11.57 and almost choked on it because I was desperately trying to eat it before it hit 12.00 GrinBlush

I'm staring my OMAD diet tomorrow and I'm making it easy with ready meals. I've already gone cold turkey to cut out full sugar drinks so that is a decent start.

snappyoldfartypants · 04/01/2021 00:39

My people 😂 I just wolfed down a Terry's chocolate orange abs three glasses of wine.. I now feel a bit sick

Overseasmom100 · 04/01/2021 00:41

Low carb suits me and will be a way of life...not full keto but low carb choices

Maybe you can write down exactly how you are feeling now and use it as an incentive to change. It has worked very well for me. I have lost loads of weight in the last week by writing everything I have eaten in a food diary on the fridge door, along with the calories. I honestly think feeling ill after doing something can be a blessing in disguise. Very best of luck OP.
