Primary distance learning tablet recommendation please

Hi,
Last lockdown we bought an Alba tablet from Argos to do the homelearning on fir my 6 year old.
He is now in Y2 and his sister in Reception. We sent the tablet back as it stopped charging and got loads of pop ups.
I am a bit of a technophobe, but all their learning is online and via seesaw so it looks like we need another tablet.
Any recommendations please? It's for learning apps and audible.

Get a laptop if possible rather than a tablet. Much much easier to use with apps like Teams

We got a Chromebook during last lockdown for my 6 year old. It was a warehouse deal from Amazon so cheap. He does prefer his brother's laptop but for all the learning games etc he has it works.
