Who has EE WiFi? Have you had problems today?

My WiFi has been down all day...

I’ve tried turning the router off and on again but there’s no difference

The lights on the hub are still aqua blue so it should be working fine but it isn’t

How is yours?
Have you any tips?

It was working fine when I woke up, and the suddenly stopped working.

Mine has been fine all day too. You said that you have turned the router off and on again - I was once advised to turn the power off at the wall socket, leave it for 5-10 minutes and then switch it on again. Classic IT answer, but ....

The simplest answer ey

Spent all day yesterday trying to fix the fudging WiFi...even asked if he had paid the bill and he insisted he had.

He checked this morning (not yesterday when I was asking..) and realised that actually no he hadn’t
