Gift ideas for 13 yr old DD birthday

What gifts have your 13 year old girls received & enjoyed this Christmas? My DD has her 13th birthday soon and we are stuck for present ideas. She has a phone & a laptop etc. She got a nomination bracelet for Xmas so will get her a 13 charm for that but stuck for any other ideas.
We would like to plan a weekend away somewhere but that’s obviously not possible right now.
Thanks.

I am in a similar quandary op, my twin dds are 13 soon! I am considering an afternoon tea voucher, a pandora charm/necklace..but that's as far as I've got. I've also seen junior driving 'experiences' so I've added that to my list of possibilities!

AirPods, Jordan 1 trainers, fleecy loungewear, oversized hoodies, escape room vouchers for when they’re back open

We've got driving stuff already earmarked for the DT's 13th which is soon but will need to wait for lockdown restrictions to be removed first. There's a place virtually on our doorstep too. They've already requested AirPods, well by the time they'd thought of what they wanted for Christmas, we'd already got stuff. I'm sick of them nicking mine!

My daughter has just turned 14 but for her 13th we got her a driving experience and she loved it. So much so that we have a 4 wheel junior driving experience for this years present. Also concert tickets have gone down well. She also got air buds and a churros machine this year.

We consider a driving experience too when DD turns 14.

For Christmas she loved her Bluetooth headphones. She lives in her oodie but she is a person who lives everything cosy and cuddly.
We had luck with a Bakedin subscription. She got Ariana Grande perfume and done jewellery she chose herself.

Thanks all, good to know the driving experience seems to go down well. Like everyone, these significant birthdays are tricky when we can’t celebrate properly at the moment.

DD got a Buddha board for Christmas but hasn't tried it yet
Ukelele
Leg warmers
Sharp and blunt pencils
Vintage poster hanging kit (present indicative website)

My youngest dd turns 14 tomorrow. For Christmas and birthday (from me and DH and her four adult siblings) she’s had/having:

Cash (she wants Vans but particular ones are out of stock till April so will have cash value instead)

Favourite was a (Curv) colour changing smart lightbulb. It was £12.99 and is her favourite present by far.
Von Shef Waffle maker and Jim jams spread.
Art materials (taking gcse art this year but also enjoys as a hobby), water colour pans and brushes, paper/pads, pencils and water blending brush set, a few Posca pens, mechanical pencil.
365 days of drawing book
Jewellery box
Fatface initial socks, last year she had the Powder initial ones, just a pretty ‘stocking’ filler.
A Mac lipstick
Gel eyeliner and brush.
Morphe eyeshadow palette, cheek palette and brushes.
Star/moon hoop earrings (Accessorize)
Various Slytherin Harry Potter items.
Various other bits and pieces, cute cat mug with a lid/spoon and Whittards Hot choc, fluffy cushion, necklace, scarf.

Things I remember from last year which she’s loved and/or used loads, AirPods,
Popcorn maker,
Leather backpack (Fatface sale),
Rechargeable illuminated mirror.
World map poster and wall hanger.
Echo
Chilly’s bottle.
Teddy bed throw.

Argos do 7th heaven face masks sets if she likes those

Mini fridge
Led lights
Guinea pigs (not an impulse buy though!)
Hair curler

hellswelshy · 04/01/2021 12:16

Some great ideas here, love the popcorn maker suggestion. How about a slushie maker too? That with the popcorn maker would be great for movie nights!

Whatliesbeneath707 · 04/01/2021 21:58

Oh yes, face masks & a slushie maker are great ideas. She would love two guinea pigs but I’m not so sure!
