I’ve just been scrolling on my Instagram and a sponsored ad came up for the 28 day challenge app. It has small 6-8 mins workouts. I had a look and nearly downloaded but then just had a thought to ask on here if anyone can recommend one and share details about what they like about it!
I just need to do a little bit a day as no longer go to yoga and can’t seem to get on my mat at home! Useless I know!
