I've been regularly tracking my weight over the last 3 years. I don't follow a diet or anything but became obsessed with the number on the scale.
From one day to another, my weight could jump 1kg, 1.5kg and then one week later go down again. I wonder if this is normal? I know fluctuation might be normal but by more than 1 kg in a matter of day seems a lot.
When my friends complain "I gained 2kg" I don't understand: my scale tells me I gained 1.2kg since yesterday, but in two days time it will be gone. So how do THEY weight themselves?!
Here's an example of my tracker:
20 april: 65.4kg
30 april: 64.9kg
14 may: 67.6kg
16 may: 65.5 kg
4 june: 64.9kg
Is something weird happening to me? How do I know when I actually put on weight, or when it's just my metabolism playing games?
