Slightly random I know but have just started rewatching these with my children. We've been binge watching and are on the 2nd series. I had not realised when I watched then first time round what a jealous obnoxious thing she was! No idea why the dr wanted to stick around with her!

Just seen the one with the cyber men and she has a right old go because the Dr knows the name of a waitress!

I always thought this too! She always seemed quite spoilt and rude half the time. Thought she treated Mickey poorly too. Much preferred subsequent companions.

Yes, I felt very sorry for Micky, but how could one fail to fall in love with The Doctor?
[sigh]

Rose was probably my least favourite companion, I never understood the fuss about her.

I used to really like her first time round! No idea how I missed it.

@NowellSingWe yes very true. Peter Davidson was the first dr I fell in love with back when I was at primary school Grin

I really liked her till I saw Clara and the 12th doctor. Now I have new favourites

Yep - I don't get it either.

I love Amy as a companion 😊

I liked her

Rewatched recently and liked her even more

Although. In general I don't like that they introduced romance/ sex to the doctors. I don't remember it being like that with Tom baker
