Joop perfume query.

Hello back in 1993 (yes, I can be that precise), I had a sample of Joop perfume ( it was blue I think).
I have sniffed a few 'Joops' since but they do not seem to match my memory of the fragrance I had back then.

I can only think it's been discontinued or maybe it's the aftershave I had?

It's hardly ever available in shops, my DP wore it back in the early 00's.
