IVF round 2

So it’s taken 2 years to go through IVF round 1 due to Covid and tests. I’ve had 4 transfers. 3 frozen and 1 fresh. First three ended
In miscarriages after seeing heartbeat at 6 and 8 weeks And having subchronic hematomas. Last transfer ended in BFN. ivf recently been diagnosed with factor v Leiden. Do you think my unsuccessful pregnancies have been because of chromosomes Or SHC or factor v Leiden?
Any advice for IVF round 2?
