Why can’t I remove hoover bag

Had a Miele for years which uses fjm bags.
Used to be able to just pull them out. Now they seem to stay jammed in and can never remember the knack to remove them. YouTube videos no help.

You just pull the ring bit and they are supposed to come out. Are you using the right bags for your hoover?

They can be a pain if they get too full

Pull the ring and dont worry if you pull the whole red bit out as it easily clips back in

Sorry Ive just realised both my bits are red

If you pull the black bit of plastic out when giving it some welly it clips easily back in

Have you tried wiggling it from side to side as you pull? That usually works with mine. Or slightly lifting up as you pull amd wiggle?
