While I don't believe in the 'new year, new me' list of unattainable achievements that you give up on in week two, I do believe in constantly learning, exploring and being a better human (as cheesy AF as it is)!
So in 2021 I want to create better habits around food, exercise, spending more time outdoors and less time with screens (realistic ones) so I can give these habits to my son who's 6 weeks old (habits for him by seeing and living them every day).
The other one is reassessing my work life balance after working 50-70 hour weeks in a high pressure job while pregnant in 2020 which probably sent me to early labour at 36 weeks. I want to spend more time after maternity leave with 'me time', my son and family time instead of commuting (after covid) and working every day with long hours with no thought or energy for anything else.
