Teeth

I am having big issues with my teeth. Had to have 2 pulled due to failed root canals. Gums are receding. Generally horrendous. Is there anything I can do for the gum issues? I clean them 2 times a day limit sugary drinks etc. I am severely anemic and apparently it can cause tooth issues?
I never smile any more because I am so embarrassed

Op sorry for finding this a year down the line. I am in the same place and have decided no matter what yo start fighting my bad teeth. I invested in an oral b electric toothbrush (got it for half price so paid about 40 euro), then bought the pro enamel toothpaste, the kids Colgate sugar protection and then the Colgate toothpaste in the red tube for whitening. Iswitch between the three of them (the whitening one least regularly as bleach etc). I also use the purple listerine mouthwash once a week (apparently too much mouthwash stops your saliva naturally being more active) and I also use floss. So it's like a skincare routine for my teeth and my teeth at least feel fab. I am terrified of the dentist but pushed myself in and they are working on them one step at a time. We are looking into getting a loan but for the mo am getting small things fixed and one day hope to fix the gaps. I don't give wide smiles either but since my teeth feel nicer I am starting too, even if they're still probably ugly to others (I have everything you said but so much more). Best of luck. Tiny steps will make you feel great!
