What is Zara's sizing like for children? (esp. girls over 10)

I can't remember the last time I was in and any of the women's clothes didn't have enormous tulle flounces, cut out parts or were made for dolls, but some of girls' clothes look lovely.

I sometimes buy and wear Zara girl's clothes for upper body . 14 years old for tops and t-shirt, 15-16 years old for jumpers mostly because of length of sleeves.
The sizing is about right I would say.
