Frozen Fish - Can I eat this?

I have just found a couple of bags of brought frozen fish in the bottom of the freezer, which we got a year ago.

They haven't been out of the freezer, and are unopened - safe to eat please?

The texture/quality might not be the best but should be safe to eat

Thank you! I'll do a tester. Feel a bit stupid it's been left there so long. Need to start a freezer organisation rota as I hate food waste.

I’d probably make it into a fish pie to make its throughly cooked in a sauce.
