Books on anxiety

I can feel myself falling back down the anxiety rabbit hole, so I'd really like some recommendations on books to help with anxiety and self care. I had CBT for my anxiety a few years ago which I found very helpful- so I want to remind myself how to lift myself out of this. I've ready a few of ruby wax's books and enjoyed them (years ago)...

Thanks

"Dare: The New Way to End Anxiety and Stop Panic Attacks" by Barry McDonagh is wonderful. I highly recommend it.

It's centred on OCD rather than anxiety, but I really liked The Woman Who Thought Too Much by Joanne Limburg. She writes really well about 'rumination'.

I hope you can feel better soon - anxiety is horrible Flowers

Really recommend the Overcoming... series. This is very helpful: www.amazon.co.uk/Overcoming-Anxiety-Books-Prescription-Title/dp/1849018782?tag=mumsnetforu03-21
