Miscarriage

Hi everyone, I’ve just suffered a miscarriage 3 days ago when I should have been 11 weeks - ultrasound scan showed the pregnancy had stopped at 8 weeks, I have also miscarried 3 years ago. I’m incredibly nervous to get pregnant again but also want to try again immediately as having a baby is all me and my husband want right now. Any advice on how long it could take us/chances of a successful pregnancy next time? Anyone been in the same position? Any advice would be very much appreciated x

Sorry I've got no advice but I just wanted to say I'm so sorry you're going through this, especially twice. Be kind to yourself x

I had three miscarriages this year. Because of Covid the miscarriage unit was closed so I did some investigating myself. I found I was anemic and had high blood pressure. So under the guidance of my gp took iron tablets and aspirin. Also because I had 3 the hospital gave me additional hormones and so far these things are working. I'm 20 weeks just had a scan and everything is progressing as it should. Speak to your gp they may offer blood tests to find out if it's something simple that can be fixed.

@Littlepaws18 Thank you for your comment. Yeah I could do that thanks for the advice! I’m just so scared to get pregnant again I feel like the experience I’ve just had will haunt me! 😞 so glad to hear everything is ok with your pregnancy! 💗

Hi guys, I've just joined!
I'm 24 years old and I had my first pregnancy end at 12 weeks miscarriage on 30th September 2020, and now I just birthed another miscarriage at 12 weeks again!

It's my second miscarriage in a row, and I'm a healthy 24 year old with no underlying medical conditions nor a history of health conditions.

Has anyone heard similar stories of anyone in their 20s or have any tips other than to see a specialist? X
