I'm assuming it relates to the vaccines 
DH says I'm giving it credit for being cleverer than it is and it relates to something personal to the person who wrote it.
Capitals are the scribe's own, but it is correctly punctuated.
I've reported it to the council, but could it be aimed at something other than the vaccinations?
