Hermes Not delivered, damaged parcel

It was an expensive item.

Anyone know what my rights are? I purchased it from ebay.

If the seller arranged delivery then they are responsible. If it was a collection only item that you arranged delivery for, you'll need to claim compensation from Hermes.
