I've tried a couple and they've been 'ok' but I want a really lovely recipe, so if you have one, bung it this way please!

I recommend the Hummingbird bakery carrot cake recipe which you can find on Google. Never fails me!

This is the one I use and it never fails. I usually make a cream cheese icing too
