Hermes!

I ordered something expensive. Following tracking on Hermes and it says out for delivery on 23rd December at 9 am. Nothing that day. And so far nothing today. No timing either. Does anyone know if they are delivering today. It was posted first class too. I’m a bit worried as item is quiet expensive.

They delivered here yesterday so they’ll surely be out today.

Incidentally we only knew they’d been here because my son, who was expecting the delivery, had a notification to say that his items had been delivered. No card was left and we eventually found the parcels in the bin which was due to be emptied today.

@MadisonAvenue thank you for the reply! Not had any good experience with hermes and this is just another one. Didn’t know sender would use hermes or else I would not have ordered.

Contact the company you bought from and get them to trace package. Hermes are notorious for.theft sadly and the police are investigating.

Hermes are rubbish.

We must be very lucky then, our local Hermes driver is great. Couldn't be more helpful.

I used to have an amazing Hermes delivery man who was a friend of the family. If I wasn’t in he would deliver to my mils across the road.

The new delivery man is beyond useless. Threw two packages over the fence near the bins. Thank god they’re weren’t breakables. Another H&M parcel that was supposedly delivered has never been recovered. 🙄

I checked app and it says “with courier” since 23rd Decemeber 9am.

Will contact seller tomorrow and ask for a refund. I will also question why it said royal mail and why hermes ended up with the parcel!
