So me and my 22 month old son were involved in a car crash someone went into the back of mu car whilst I was stopped at traffic lights. Im absolutely fine but my son hit his head off the side of the car seat and has a faint bruise keeps touching his head and saying calpol, took him to doctors after it happened and they said he’s fine. My son is also waking up during the night screaming (I think its nightmares from crash as he slept fine before) he also cries when ive got to put him in my car (different car now as the other one was a write off) My insurance company have forwarded everything to solicitors regarding a compensation claim, Has this happened to anyone else before? Did you win the case?
