What is this film??

All I remember is its a period drama film, possibly Georgian. A big mansion and an abused wife possibly a royal or someone with a title watches out of the window as her husband is killed by a horse? Kind of reminds me of The Dutchess but definitely not that. Apologies that is all I remember!
