I want to buy a teapot - not an individual one, but doesn't need to be too massive.

Can anyone inspire me? I don't even know what style I want. I'm happy to spend up to £50, as I've been gifted the money. But less than that would be good if I could then buy some matching mugs (I'm not a cup and saucer gal).

Try Portmeirion. I have a Sara Miller one and a Botanic Harmony one.

Oooh I got a beautiful glass one last year with s meta thing inside for herbs etc infusions. One of best gifts ever, I really treasure it and feels like proper self care when I bother to use it. And a treat type event when shared with my 6 year old for special mummy time (she loves to go to Neal's yard and choose a couple of herbs or flowers for special tea) . A year on the silver is coming off the lid slightly. But it's still lovely.

I have the teal Le Creuset teapot but if I didn't have a colour scheme I'd go for a blue Cornishware pot.

I have an Emma Bridgwater one but it’s a bit big really. Pretty though.

I have this one from IKEA. Cheap and cheerful but love that I can use loose leaf tea and not faff about with a strainer.

I have 2 different sized Cath Kidston ones. A 4mug and 6 mug. When I bought the big one, my first, I asked the sales assistant to fill with water so I could see how it pours, (I had to do this frequently as a teenager working my Saturday job in a department store)Some drip badly. This one is great.
