Quick question re: cooking

Apologies, posting for traffic. Am 35 years old and can't believe I don't know the answer to this. Google isn't helping.

I normally make beef stew by cooking the beef fresh - leftover stew can then obviously be stored in fridge, or frozen.

This time, I used the leftovers from roast beef - I.e. roast yesterday, cooled and stored in fridge overnight. Made beef stew in slow cooker today.

Can this be stored in the fridge and reheated again, given the meat has already been cooked/heated twice? And can it safely be frozen and reheated later?

TIA!

Officially, it's not recommended.
I would do it if i knew it had been rapidly cold post cooking both times.
But I play fast and loose with use by dates, and reheat rice.
