The girls are Minecrafting together while their dad moves dd2's bedroom round. He's discovered we have a damp problem in there .

I'm taking advantage of the peace, having a cup of coffee alone while I put dates in next year's diary.

Sitting on the sofa with DDog3 who is feeling very sorry for herself as she's most likely fractured her toe.

DH and DS are installing an Ethernet cable to DS's bedroom. This has involved much manly huffing and puffing, and has now necessitated the ladder being called into play. The sum of my enthusiasm for this venture is precisely nil, plus it's cold outside so I have remained indoors.

I'm taking DH for a drive shortly to show him some new build houses that are going up. We are insanely happy in our little house but as renters with pets I know our time is limited and when we have to leave, we could potentially end up miles away. These houses are shared ownership and will at least mean we can stay in the same area.

Working

DH has gone down to old house as we are about to exchange on house sale and need to clear it asap. I'm here with the kids - teenage DD is quiet so probably asleep, DS is with the cat and indoor rabbit and chatting to me.

Dh and dcs having dinner, I ate earlier. I’m relaxing watching tiny homes on Netflix with a cup of coffee and a chocolate muffin 😋. Dcs and dh with do the tidying up so I don’t need to go in the kitchen again.

Watching the three comedians in hamleys overnight

Today I've sorted bedrooms and kids clothes as dh off so was downstairs to watch the kids.
Then we sorted shed whilst baby napped and dd played in garden.
Then sat on our arses left the kids to play /watch TV /argue.
And all ate far too much chocolate and biscuits.
Now sat on the bed waiting for dh to have a shower then have some mince pies and watch a movie.

Roaming around the internet while DH watches some or other car programme. Drinking tea after dinner.

Trying not to be baked to death whilst sandwiched between a Longdog and a Whippet whilst planning the colour order on graph paper in my Filofax for the arrangement of two afghans I am making.
