Lake District/North Wales Campsite recommendations needed!

As the title really! Looking for any recommendations for campsites in either the Lake District or North Wales. Child friendly and decent shower/toilet facilities if poss as we have a 2YO! Trying to plan some trips for next year covid depending. We haven't been camping since DD came along and even then was sporadic so any recommendations welcome! TIA

Riverside camping near Caernarfon. Ask for a pitch away from the river though, lovely site and the bistro onsite is great.
