Hospital bag if CEV

I stupidly unpacked mine, and now I cannot think straight...

What do you have in yours please? I have got as far as wash kits and medication.

I have a bag packed for ds and I (pre Covid as well) it has
Hospital passport
Wash stuff and toothbrush
Charger
Nappies and wipes
Purse of change
Notebook and pen
Vest and shorts for ds
Medication is kept in a box that can just be picked up and taken.

Not sure if just anxiety getting the better of me but going to do it tomorrow again just in case.

Glasses/contact lenses and lens case/solutions. Forgotten those twice now!
