Tried and tested nausea remedies...

The day before Christmas Eve I came down with a tummy bug. I’m still feeling so nauseous like you get in early pregnancy. No not pregnant husband has had the snip and I’m currently on day 3 of my period. I’m just so fed up with feeling so sick I feel I’ve ruined my family’s Christmas. So what anti sickness remedies have you tried and it work? No ginger anything in the house.
Thanks for the help.

Try acupressure - I have those band things that kids have for in the car, but you could either just use your finger to press on your wrist. You might need to Google exactly where to do it.
This is the only thing that worked for me whilst I was pregnant and has saved me from several hangovers and tummy upsets since.

I get really bad nausea with anxiety, I’ve found that slowly sipping ice cold water helps and keeps me hydrated. I have one of those thermal bottles and fill it with ice and a little water so it stays icy cold all day.

Real coke for me (drink not drug)

Poured over ice helps to remove the bubbles a bit

Cyclizine if someone can get it for you - it seems to keep changing between being prescription only and available from behind the pharmacy counter. Otherwise travel sickness tablets or pepto-bismol tablets (don't think I could get the liquid down if I was feeling nauseous). Hope you feel better, feeling constantly sick is awful.
