Leftover cranberry sauce

Hello,

I have a huge amount of cranberry sauce leftover after Christmas. Does anyone have any ideas of things I can do to use it up? We've been having it in sandwiches but there's still so much left!

Thank you

Ours was added to a red wine jus that we served with a beef fillet

Also makes a lovely puff pastry tart with Brie, spinach and bacon

I’m going to try adding it to my porridge.

If it's thick, use like jam - I like it with almond butter and cinnamon.
Or eat it with yogurt.

Freeze it in portions to have with other meals in future?

It's very nice in panini.

Serve it as a 'dip' with cocktail sausages, chicken Nuggets or similar on NYE?

Add a dish of it to your cheeseboard?

Could you reduce it down slightly to thicken. Spoon it into mini tart shells and top with meringue.

Its lovely with cheese and freezes well to have late ron in the year.

I make my own and pour off the juice and add soem gelatine to make jelly to go with cheese

Freeze it in ice cube trays so you can take out a portion at a time.

I had some in a bacon sandwich today, it was lovely.

Oh thanks everyone, I stupidly didn't think of freezing it!

Toasted Brie and cranberry sandwich. Delish.
