A while ago I did a fitness Pilates class (yoga type stretching, lots of balancing to help with core strength, squats, etc) which I found a great mixture to help with my post pregnancy body issues. Unfortunately I had to stop going to the classes but would love to carry on with similar exercise. Can anyone recommend a good DVD or online class that might work, please? I have tried Mutu, but it was a bit too gentle - if anyone has tried it, is it worth me sticking with it or skipping a few steps?
(My pregnancy issues were due to a physically difficult pregnancy three years ago which has left me with no core strength and very little flexibility. I would love to get back to pre-pregnancy fitness levels, but I'm going to need to get my body working properly first with some gentle exercise. When I tried skipping this bit my sciatica was horrendous along with other aches and pains)
