Reset my digestive system?

I can't be alone in this! I've over indulged. I feel sluggish and bloated. Other than simply stopping the excess, is there anything I can do to speed up feeling my gut get back to normal?!

No, cleansing/ resetting/ detoxing is a nonsense. Your liver and kidneys do that for you.

Drink plenty of water, no booze, fresh fruit and veg, healthy balanced diet.

I feel pretty rubbish too. I'll be doing a fruit/veg/water day and then trying to be more reasonable

Drink loads of water and eat a varied diet with veggies etc. Less of the heavy food and alcohol and.smaller portions. Boring but it always works for me and your body appreciates it. Maybe peppermint tea to help that bloating.

Move well for a few days, even walking will do. Probiotics may help some.

I've got a long (for me) run scheduled for Monday. I need to get back to normal. Going to root in the cupboard. Might have some ancient peppermint tea. Think I'll try for a fast until this time tomorrow then have a "proper" meal. (I don't have a moderate dial option I'm afraid 😩)
