Do you ever get envious about things you don’t really want?

With it being Christmas there has been so many pregnancy announcements. I really really don’t want/ can’t have another baby but I have felt so jealous about these announcements. Have you ever been jealous about something you don’t want? Or is it my mind trying to tell me I do want another baby?

Haha, yes! I'm jealous of that super exciting pregnancy announcement. The delight of holding that newborn and announcing the birth. All the congratulations are lovely. So that amounts to about 3 minutes.

Not jealous of the sleeplessness, breast feeding attempts and in my case failure, the constant work and stress. Dealing with other people's opinions and supposed 'help'.

I do know what you mean though. I think it lessens as you move away from the baby stage.

Yes I think I’m just jealous of the excitement and fuss. It’s such a special time.

I'm far too old to get pregnant but still get jealous of women having their first baby. Less so the second!

Yes! I get jealous of people who have a hectic social life even though when I have a party or social thing to go to I usually wish I was staying in my warm house.
